Evelyn Sage

All too often we pass through this world without really making our mark on those around us. My Nan,
Evelyn may have been small in statue but she certainly made her mark on those around her.

We shared a closeness and honesty that created a unique relationship and a bond that has lasted long
after her death. She is still my waking thought and with me throughout the day.

A devoted family woman my Nan fought hard until the end and I will forever be greatfull that I was
able to hold her close to me and whisper comforting words andhold her in my arms as she took her
last breath.

I feel priviliged to have called her my Nan and am so proud that she chose me to be with her until
the end. I hope I make her proud in everything that I do.
